U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss issued a temporary restraining order permitting Accountability Now USA to display a flag reading '8647' or '86 47' during a demonstration on National Park Service land near the National Mall. The demonstration calls for the impeachment and removal of President Donald Trump. The order applies against NPS Superintendent Kevin Griess and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum.
