Benjamin Hanil Song received a 100-year federal prison sentence on Tuesday for his role in the July 2025 shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Alvarado, Texas. Eight defendants were convicted on a majority of 65 counts, including material support to terrorists and attempted murder of a police officer, following a 12-day trial. Judges Mark Pittman and Reed O’Connor issued the sentences in separate courtrooms.
