Tonda Eckert, head coach of Southampton, has been charged by the FA with three breaches of rule E3.1 for alleged misconduct involving observation of rival training sessions. Southampton was expelled from the Championship play-offs following an independent commission ruling and EFL charges; Middlesbrough was reinstated and later lost the final to Hull City. Eckert has until next Tuesday to respond to the charges.
