Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz at 10 Downing Street on Sunday, after which a joint statement was issued. The leaders endorsed direct dialogue between Ukraine and Russia, with U.S. and European participation, to pursue a ceasefire and negotiations beginning at the current line of contact while affirming that borders must not be changed by force.
