David Crowley defeated Francesca Hong in the Wisconsin Democratic primary for governor held on Tuesday. Crowley, the Milwaukee County executive who re-entered the race last month, will face Republican Congressman Tom Tiffany in the general election. Hong conceded after the Associated Press called the race for Crowley.
