Framing Analysis
A randomized study of 500 patients with treatment-resistant metastatic pancreatic cancer found that daraxonrasib produced a median survival of 13.2 months compared with 6.7 months for chemotherapy. The findings were published in the New England Journal of Medicine and presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting.
