Framing Analysis
A randomized trial of 500 patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer that had progressed after prior therapy found median survival of 13.2 months with daraxonrasib versus 6.7 months with chemotherapy. The results were published in the New England Journal of Medicine and presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting.
