Count Binface, the persona of satirist Jonathan Harvey, has contested four parliamentary elections and two London mayoral elections, including races against Boris Johnson, Rishi Sunak, and Nigel Farage. In the August 2024 Clacton by-election, triggered by Farage's resignation, Binface received more than a quarter of the vote after major parties fielded no candidates. His platform includes pledges to build at least one affordable house, nationalise Adele, and restore Ceefax.
