Retired Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn and Metropolitan Police Department officer Daniel Hodges filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in federal court in the District of Columbia seeking to halt the Trump administration's anti-weaponization fund. The fund was created through a settlement with the federal government and announced by the Justice Department. The officers participated in the defense of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
