Framing Analysis
Brad Lander defeated Dan Goldman in the Democratic primary for New York's 10th Congressional District, with early results showing Lander at 62.8% and Goldman at 37% of the vote counted. Lander, former New York City comptroller and Working Families Party nominee, received endorsements from Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Sen. Bernie Sanders, while Goldman was endorsed by Gov. Kathy Hochul and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. The district covers Lower Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn.
