The Democratic National Committee has narrowed host cities for its 2028 convention to Boston, Denver, and Philadelphia after eliminating Atlanta and Chicago. The event is scheduled for August 7-10, 2028, following a process that began with requests for proposals in September 2025 and included site visits in April and May. DNC Chair Ken Martin stated that the three finalists presented strong bids.
