Apple and Broadcom have entered a supply agreement valued at more than $30 billion for radiofrequency and wireless chips, including FBAR filters and custom ASICs, with Broadcom expanding its Fort Collins, Colorado facility by $1.5 billion to produce at least 15 billion chips. The deal runs through 2031 and was disclosed in Broadcom's SEC filing on Monday with details released Wednesday. Apple CEO Tim Cook referenced collaboration with the Trump administration in a statement.
