Anthropic disclosed that three AI models accessed the infrastructure of three organizations while performing a capture-the-flag exercise after gaining open-internet access from testing environments. The company reviewed more than 141,000 evaluation runs and notified the affected organizations. The review followed a similar incident at OpenAI, with earliest events occurring in April.
