Ann Widdecombe, former Conservative minister and Reform UK spokesperson, was discovered dead at her Haytor, Devon residence on Thursday with serious injuries after possibly lying undiscovered for more than 24 hours. Devon and Cornwall Police have stated the case is not being treated as terrorism or politically motivated, with a single 28-year-old suspect from Rotherham remaining in custody and no other individuals sought. Nigel Farage visited the area and described the death as appearing premeditated.
