ADNOC will invest $6.2 billion to develop the Umm Shaif Gas Cap, an offshore field in Abu Dhabi, in partnership with TotalEnergies, Eni, and China National Petroleum Corporation. The project targets more than 600 million standard cubic feet per day of natural gas and liquids, with first production expected by 2030. The UAE holds the world's seventh-largest proven gas reserves and produces over four million barrels of oil per day.
