Todd Blanche, acting attorney general and nominee to lead the Justice Department, met with Jeffrey Epstein accusers for approximately one hour on Thursday at department headquarters. The meeting followed a statement by retiring Sen. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) that he would not advance the nomination without such an engagement. Blanche directed the group to submit information to the FBI but stated he could not assure additional prosecutions.
